Bond Citizens’ Oversight Committee

     Measure B was passed under the guidelines of Proposition 39, which directs the Board of Trustees to appoint a Citizen’s Bond Oversight Committee to monitor bond expenditures.  This Citizen’s Bond Oversight Committee is responsible for reviewing expenditures related to the District’s $30,000,000 general obligation bond, Measure B, approved by the voters on March 3, 2020.
