Violeta Gonzalez Attendance Clerk/Tech1

For San Joaquin High School I enroll and schedule students in their classes.  I also make sure teachers take attendance each period.  When a student is absent I call their homes to let parents know their student is not in school.  I resolve student attendance daily and print weekly verifications for teachers to sign every Friday.  

For McFarland Independent School, I enroll students and schedule them.  The teachers give me their student attendance printout at the end of the week; I input attendance and print verifications for teachers to sign. 

McFarland Adult School, teachers turn in their student enrollment forms, I schedule the students.  Teachers give me their student sign in forms on a daily basis.  I take attendance for them on infinite campus and print out their verifications.
