 Kern County Network for Children - The Dream Center: The Dream Center is grateful for all the ways that service providers and community members help Kern’s foster youth up to age 25. If you have gently used clothing (adult sizes and/or infant – 4T), household or baby items; or, would like to donate emergency food, hygiene or other items on our wish list, please drop them off at 1807 19th Street, Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
